Cancellation Policy:

We value your business and are committed to providing you with the best possible service. If you wish to cancel your software subscription, we require a 30-day written notice from the time of your last billing. Please submit your cancellation request in writing to our support team at [email protected].

Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the platform and all associated data stored within the software. It is your responsibility to ensure that any necessary data is backed up before the cancellation is finalized, as we cannot retrieve information once access is terminated.

Refund Policy:

Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless experience with our software. However, we understand that technical issues may arise. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and will only be issued if a technical issue prevents the use of the software and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that the tech set-up fee for the software is non-refundable, if the refund request is based on non-technical issues. This fee covers the initial configuration and integration of the software into your business systems, which are services rendered at the time of setup.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (non-Software products)

Unless you have a separate agreement with Digital ShortCutz Marketing, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by Digital ShortCutz Marketing within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid.

After the 30-Day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) within the first 30 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Some downloadable Products [Non-Returnable Products] are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Some consumable products such as courses with downloadable playbooks, once 'fully consumed' is only eligible for a partial

refund, upon approval. Please submit a refund request, listing the reasons for your request. Share how you have applied the material. Write to [email protected]

Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and handling fees and any applicable restocking fees. Any products returned to Digital ShortCutz Marketing without prior authorization from Digital ShortCutz Marketing will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product and Digital ShortCutz Marketing will not ship the product back to you.

All approved returns must be received by Digital ShortCutz Marketing within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
